You can view your customer's conversations with your chatbot from the Chatmake app. This is helpful to gain insights on what kind of questions your customers are asking and if they need help beyond what your chatbot is able to solve, you can directly create your replies in the app.
To view a conversation, simply tap on the conversation item on the home screen of the app.
If the conversation is in a differen language than your own, you'll see a "Translate" button at the top to auto-translate the chatbot conversation.

If a human assistance was requested by one of your customers, you'll see a "Draft reply with AI" button at the bottom of the conversation. This opens an AI agent that has full context of the conversation and your knowledge. It can help you draft a reply much faster than if you write it by yourself.
At the end the agent will provide a button to send the reply via email.
