After you have trained your chatbot and customized the design, it's finally time to test and share your chatbot with your customers.
To test your chatbot, simply tap on "Preview" on the main screen of the Chatmake app. You can send as many test messages as you want here, even as a free user, your test messages don't count towards your free conversation limit.
Make sure that:
If you are happy with the result, tap the "Share" icon in the top right to grab the link to your chatbot.
Your chatbot is already hosted by Chatmake, you can copy the URL and add the link to your website or social media profiles or where you want to share your chatbot.
You can add custom URL parameters to your chatbot URL to identify users later in the conversation screen. Simply add a parameter like this:
chatmake.app/your-business?from=Instagram
This way you will know what customers opened the chatbot from Instagram. You can also use URL params to identify users if you embed the Chatbot in your website or app.
