When you download the Chatmake app and create your account, you'll immediately go through an onboarding to set up your first chatbot.
Here's how it works:
- Configure your chatbot
- Specify the tone of voice and how your chatbot should respond
- Name your chatbot
- Pick a custom slug / link under which your chatbot is hosted (for example: chatmake.app/my-business)
- Design your chatbot
- Start from a template
- Add a wallpaper and custom logo
- Tweak fonts, colors and message styles if needed
- Train your chatbot
- Import your website URL if you have one
- Add knowledge manually (text documents)
- Chat with AI to bulk create knowledge entries (for example by copying a long text and asking the AI to extract the key knowledge items)
- Test and share your chatbot
That's it! Chatmake let's you setup your chatbot literally in a few seconds. You can then tweak the knowledge base or customize when you want to receive notifications.
