Cancel your subscription on iOS

You can cancel your subscription on iOS directly through the iOS settings. Open the iOS settings, tap on your name > Subscriptions. There you'll see Chatmake. Tap on Chatmake and then cancel it. Another easy way to access this screen is in the Chatmake app, open the app's settings and scroll down to Manage subscriptions.

Cancel your subscription on Android

To cancel your subscription you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
